Mental Health & Wellness

At Hands of Hope America we strive to provide community-based mental health services to individuals, families and children in the Four Corners area of Lake, Polk, Orange, and Osceola counties. 


Our mission is to offer accessible,  evidence-based support to individuals, families, and children in Lake, Polk, Osceola, and Orange Counties.


Our Services Include:

  • Anxiety & Anger Management
  • Grief and Loss
  • Marital & Relationship Issues
  • Depression
  • Child & Family Issues
  • Crisis/Trauma Recovery
  • Personal Growth
  • Spiritual/Pastoral care issues
  • Group Therapy Sessions


Counseling Services:

- Individual Therapy -

One-on-one therapy provides the individual with the understanding and skills necessary to creatively address personal issues and concerns.


- Family Therapy -

Families develop an understanding of how they function, identify the needs of individual members and develop the skills to strengthen the family unit.


- Couples Therapy -

Couples work with the counselor to grow in their understanding of each other, foster more effective communication, learn to resolve crisis/conflict, and develop more meaningful intimacy in their relationships.


- Child/Adolescent -

School-aged children and adolescents meet with trained child therapists who use play therapy and other therapeutic techniques to assess and work toward resolution of emotional conflicts and behavior issues.


- Groups -

Groups offer a comforting and non-judgmental environment to share triumphs and trials. Each Group caters to a specific topic or demographic and sessions are offered at different days and times.


- Personal Growth -

We offer assessments and counseling to provide an individual with the understanding and skills necessary to creatively address personal issues and concerns.
