R.I.S.E. Youth Programs

R.I.S.E. is our over-arching group of programs focused on ensuring the youth of our community will be successful in the future.

The childcare and youth empowerment programs at Hands of Hope America cater to children from infancy through adolescence, focusing on developmental, educational, and emotional growth. For school-age children and youth (ages 6-16), the organization offers after-school programs featuring academic support, tutoring, and enrichment activities in STEM, arts, and sports.

Our summer camps provide leadership development, teamwork exercises, and resilience-building through community service projects, outdoor adventures, and skill-building workshops. Additionally, mental health support and social-emotional learning activities are integrated into these programs to promote self-confidence and well-being.

After School Program

We are happy to offer After School Tutoring for children ages 7-18 at our Community Center located at 16605 Sunrise Lake Blvd, Suite 3, Clermont, FL 34714, from 3:30 – 6:30 p.m. Please contact a case manager for more information.

This includes leadership and mentorship opportunities, community service projects, and workshops on goal setting, financial literacy, and career exploration. We also offer access to academic tutoring, college and career counseling, and mental health services to ensure that participants have the support they need to achieve their goals.
