Our Hands of Hope America Community Center is located off US 27 in the Clermont area of Four Corners, FL.. We offer a variety of services, especially focused on many counseling areas like group sessions and individual as well as family counseling. We also focus on many youth programs, aimed mostly at ages 10 – 18, including after-school and summer programs. Contact our Case Managers for more information and get connected to available community resources.

We offer a variety of programs to help our clients get back on their feet. From job training to mental health counseling, we provide the resources and support necessary to help individuals achieve their goals. Through our case managers, we can provide the assistance to begin the process of positive change in the lives of our Four Corners community members. 

At Hands of Hope America, we believe that fostering a safe and nurturing yet productive and conducive  environment is essential to youth development and aids in their growth to become productive members of their communities. We currently offer mentoring, after school as well as summer camp opportunities.
