Located conveniently off of US 27 in Clermont, we offer a variety of services through community based resources with an emphasis on counseling, youth development and case management.
With our location off of US 192, at Hands of Hope Food Pantry, we strive to serve by providing emergency food assistance to our neighbors who may be suffering from food insecurities.
Provides neighbors with a place to purchase second hand items like clothing and household needs donated by the community and different partnering organizations. Conveniently located near our Food Pantry.
R.I.S.E is our over-arching group of programs focused on ensuring the youth of our community will be successful in the future. We primarily focus on after school activities, summer camp as well as mentoring and counseling.
